Police Officers Arrested Over SJP Surrogate Scam

sarah-jessica-parker-hboTwo police chiefs have been arrested in Ohio – and although the charges have not been disclosed, it is believed that they relate to a break-in at the home of the surrogate mother for Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick.
sarah-jessica-parker-hboMartins Ferry Police Chief Barry Carpenter and Bridgeport Police Chief Chad Dojack were booked and released Wednesday (July 29), the Associated Press reports.

A special prosecutor has been investigating allegations that they illegally entered the woman’s home in May – she wasn’t home at the time – but authorities have declined to confirm the official charges against the men.

The surrogate mother gave birth to the couple’s twin girls, Marion and Tabitha, on June 22 at an Ohio hospital.
