Celebrity Chef Rachel Ray has denied reports that she’s splitting with her husband of 2 1/2 years, John Cusimano, following rumors circulating on the internet saying the news is "not hurtful… it’s hysterical!"

Word of her split has appeared on various gossip websites and in the New York Post with an "insider" telling the paper that the couple are "going through a messy breakup."

Following a denial by her publicist last week, Ray has told Entertainment Tonight that, "It’s ridiculous.  We were planning our anniversary when we got that text message.  We are extremely happy - couldn’t be happier."

"I don’t know where something that outlandish comes from."
