Rapper DMX Arrested Again

DMX was arrested on Thursday (August 14) in Florida for failing to to appear in court to face drug charges, stemming from an arrest in May this year.

The rapper, born Earl Simmons, was outside of a Wal-Mart store in Miami when authorities took him into custody for skipping a court hearing on Tuesday in Arizona.

Simmons was arrested in May on drug and animal cruelty charges and additionally faces two felony charges for using another person’s identity to avoid paying a bill at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona.
