Reese Witherspoon Talks Divorce And Jake Gyllenhaal

In the new issue of US Elle, Reese Witherspoon opens up about her divorce to Ryan Phillippe and her boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal.
While promoting her latest film Monsters vs Aliens, Reese Witherspoon tells Elle Magazine about her divorce to Phillippe.
“[It was] Very humiliating and very isolating…But, by the way, if it’s not painful, maybe it wasn’t the right decision to marry to begin with. Those are the appropriate emotions. When people get in your face and say, ‘This will pass,’ you think, Are they crazy? I’m never gonna feel any better than I feel right this minute and nothing’s ever gonna make sense again. And I still have moments when I’m like, Nothings ever gonna make sense again.”
Witherspoon seems to have found stability and love again in Gyllenhall, with the actress commenting, “He’s fabulous. He really is a fantastic guy.”
The 32-year-old will next be heard as the voice of Susan Murphy in Monsters vs Aliens, which is released in theatres March 27.
