Rep confirms: Lily Allen Has Suffered Miscarriage

UK popstar Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage, just four weeks after announcing that she her boyfriend of four months, Ed Simons, were expecting a baby.
"We can confirm that Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage," her representative stated.
"She and her partner, Ed Simons, will be making no further comment, and we ask that their privacy be respected during this difficult time."
The 22-year-old singer and her partner, Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons, had recently returned home from a romantic holiday in the Maldives.
This would have been the first child for both.
Allen recently talked about how her pregnancy was expected, yet wonderful news.
"I’ve looked forward to being stable my whole life. My parents are amazing, but it has been a whirlwind upbringing," Allen said.
"I have got my eye on the prize, which is having kids and getting married and cooking dinner and doing homework with my children."
