A restraining order has been issued by the family of Britney Spears against the pop star’s manager and friend, Sam Lutfi, after the judge found that he has been harrassing the currently hospitalized popstar.

Earlier on Friday (February 1), the 26-year-old singer’s estate was placed under temporary conservatorship - which can be invoked when a person is unable to care for themselves or handle their personal affairs - with Spears’ father, Jamie Spears, and her attorney, Andrew Wallet, listed as the conservators.

According to TMZ.com, this allows Spears’ father to control her financial assests and other properties until Monday, including the power to change the locks on her house, prevent access to the singer, consult with doctors and make decisions on her behalf.

This resulted in a civil harrassment restraining order being issued against Lutfi for 22 days by a Los Angeles judge, which will prevent him from going to the hospital to visit Spears.

The pop star was hospitalized on Thursday morning after false reports that she attempted suicide, and has been placed under psychiactric evaluation at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.
