No Restraining Order Against Lindsay Lohan Issued: Rumor Busting

Rumors that a restraining order had been issued against Lindsay Lohan by her ex-girlfriend Smanatha Ronson are false, however, the Beverly Hills Police Department has confirmed that Ronson’s family has made inquiries.
Reports of the restraining order came after an official announcement that the pair are “taking a brief break” on Monday (April 5) was issued by Lohan.
“I can confirm for you that on Monday, April 6, 2009, at approximately 5 p.m., members of Samantha Ronson’s family came to the Beverly Hills Police Department,” spokeswoman Cheryl Burnett revealed to E! News. “They were given information about the process for obtaining a restraining order, which would be administered at the Santa Monica Superior Courthouse.”
