Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence, following his arrest on March 25 in Laguna Beach, California.
TMZ.com has obtained documents showing that Sambora is charged with one count of driving while "under the combined influence of [an] alcoholic beverage and drug (s)" and one count of driving, while his "blood alcohol concentration was 0.08 percent (%) or more by weight of alcohol in defendant’s blood."
The rocker was arrested after police saw his Hummer "veering over the white painted lines and straddling two lanes" with two minors also in the vehicle.
Sambora, who won’t be charged with child endangerment, is set to appear in court on May 7.
