Rihanna Is “Doing Well”, Says Gran

Rihanna’s grandmother has spoken to the Barbados’ Daily Nation newspaper about the young singer’s condition, saying she is “doing well” following Chris Brown’s alleged assault at the weekend.
“I don’t want people to worry,” Rihanna’s grandmother, Clara Brathwaite, says.
“Rihanna is fine and she is doing well.”
Rihanna, 20, allegedly sustained bruises and a scratch on her face from the early Sunday morning altercation with boyfriend Chris Brown.
He has been released on $50,000 bail after being arrested on felony criminal threat charges.
Rihanna’s reps were forced to cancel a concert in Malaysia slated for Friday (February 13), to be rescheduled to an unspecified date “in light of recent events involving Rihanna.”
