Rihanna was involved in a car accident following her win at Sunday night’s Grammy awards, with her representative confirming that no-one was injured in the crash.

The 19-year-old singer, who with Jay-Z, took out the Grammy for the Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for ‘Umbrella’, was in her car when it was struck by another vehicle.

A representative for Rihanna, who was outside of the Island Def Jam party when the accident happened, confirmed to US television show ‘Extra’ that she was involved in a minor collision and that, fortunately, the singer was OK.
