Rihanna Parts With Manager, Signs With Jay-Z

Rihanna announced Wednesday (October 20) that she is splitting with her manager and will be represented by Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Management from now on.
In a statement to The Associated Press, the 22-year-old said she is “so excited to take this next step in my career,” and plans to start her own company, Rihanna Entertainment, to “merge all of her businesses, including music, film, fragrance fashion and book ventures.”
The popstar will also release her fifth studio album, entitled Loud, on November 16.
