Rob Thomas threw out some random, but funny, questions to his 100,000+ followers on Twitter during a session on Sunday night (September 6), like “What if we found we no longer needed gas or oil, but could fuel our cars on the blood of obnoxious people. Should we do it?”  Read some more of the Matchbox 20 frontman’s thoughts after the jump.

Thomas, who’s about to embark on a world tour to promote his new release cradlesong, took to Twitter to pose some of life’s not-so-burning questions:

“how do you guys think the world is going to end? meteor? hurl itself into the sun? nuclear weapons? old age? robots? thoughts?

i like to think that it will pour down ice cream and smiles until we happy ourselves to death. then a unicorn carries us to candy mountain.

what if panda bears take over and say that from now on, the international currency is hugs.

maybe something horrible happens to the earth, we all die, and find out that life on earth isn’t the big deal, but the new place is.

i like the panda theory, myself.
