Twilight hottie Robert Pattinson has confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that there will be a fourth film in the vampire franchise, based on the book ‘Breaking Dawn’ – but he says production will not kick off until his jam-packed schedule loosens up.
The British actor spoke to The Hollywood Reporter in Cannes, where he revealed that he is committed to the final film.
However, before shooting commences, Pattinson must head back to Vancouver in October to finish work on Twilight: Eclipse. Prior to that, he will shoot Remember Me, a story about two lovers, in New York.
Pattinson, 23, says he plans just a three-day break between film projects.
The hard-working actor is currently in the final days of filming New Moon in Italy, the script for which he says is considerably beefed up from the book – because in the novel, Edward is a “a voice in Bella’s head,” Pattinson says.
“You’re playing a figment in Bella’s imagination, so I was trying to do it in a 2-D way,” he explains.
“I hope it doesn’t translate onscreen as being boring.”
