Robert Pattinson Misses Out On Hosting SNL

More than 5,000 Robert Pattinson fans have signed an online petition to get the Twilight heartthrob on Saturday Night Live (SNL), however, it seems their efforts have been in vain, with SNL‘s executive producer announcing, “Not this season.”
Lorne Michaels, the executive producer of Saturday Night Live, has told OK! Magazine, “We’re all locked in with hosts for this year,” adding that Pattinson will “not [appear] this season.”
Don’t despair, Pattinson fans, as Michaels hasn’t ruled out the possibility of the actor hosting the show in the future.
When asked if there is a chance the Twilight actor will be invited onto the show, Michaels replied, “Yeah, yeah of course.”
But does Michaels think Pattinson will make a good host? “Don’t know,” Michael admits. “You never know.”
