Robert Pattinson Spills Details Of Love Life & Valium

Robert Pattinson opens up in the latest edition of GQ magazine, sharing details of taking Valium before auditioning for Twilight, the rumors about his love life and about his acting career.
“I took half a Valium and then went into this thing – and all this stuff happened.” Pattinson tells the mag. “It was the first time I’ve ever taken Valium. A quarter. A quarter of a Valium. I tried to do it for another audition, and it just completely backfired – I was passing out.”
In the April edition, Pattinson addresses rumors about his love life saying that everyone has got it wrong, including reports he dated a Brazilian model and that he took Camilla Belle away from Joe Jonas.
“I don’t see people. I don’t even have people’s phone numbers.” Pattinson says. “I almost don’t want to have a girlfriend, in this environment.”
I think I just heard a lot of girls’ hearts breaking….including my own.
When it comes to acting, the actor adds that he’s “not massively concerned about doing lots of acting jobs.”
“If it all just went, right now, I’d be like, ‘All right. I don’t really care’, he says. “That’s probably a stupid thing to say. But I don’t, really. I think it’d be much worse to do a load of stuff that’s really bad.”

I’m not going to say I love you cause I don’t know you. But you played an amazing role and you did it well. It is nice to hear someone in the acting life be real and not afraid to say it, not caught up in the “life” of a star. Thanx for being an amazing actor and I hope you don’t loose sight of your music…I think you are a great musician (from what I have heard so far). So thank you, and keep your feet on the ground.

Robert, your work in Twilight is exceptional. You are very fortunate to possess the good looks and charm to bring the Edward character to life. I’m not a teenager but I can relate to the reaction you’ve caused with this film. Be consistent throuhout the follwing films to be made. YOu are definitley going places if you choose the right roles to play up your abilities. I loved your piano music in the movie and will try to find a cd with your music .It was a very haunting melody. Be true to yourself. just a fan
