Sam Lutfi Banned From Contacting Britney Spears

A judge has today granted Britney Spears’ request for permanent restraining orders against Sam Lutfi and Jon Eardley, the attorney who tried unsuccessfully last year to fight her conservatorship.

According to Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva K. Bobb’s ruling, neither Lutfi or Eardley can contact the pop star or come within 100 feet of her home, work, car or family until April 28, 2012.

Spears and her father Jamie have been working to keep Lutfi out of her life for 15 months, when Jamie was appointed co-conservator of her affairs.

Lutfi has since admitted to medicating Britney by crushing up pills in her food, but in February launched a defamation suit, accusing the Spears family of dragging his name through the mud.
