One of the rumors floating around about the marriage breakdown of Sandra Bullock and Jesse James is the existence of a sex tape, however, the Oscar winning actress has put those reports to rest.

“There is no sex tape,” Bullock said in a statement Tuesday (April 6). “There never has been one and there never will be one.”

This is the first public statement the 45-year-old has made since going into hiding after reports that her James has been involved with multiple women during the course of their marriage.
