Reports that Sandra Bullock has sought legal advice and is planning to divorce her allegedly cheating husband are false, her rep announced Tuesday (March 23).

Although everyone expects the Oscar winner to head down the path to splitsville, after it was revealed Jesse James reportedly had a fling with tattoo model Michelle “Bombshell” McGee, her rep is staying quiet on the rumors.

When E! News questioned her spokesperson about the reports, the response was simple; “Completely false.”
