Scarlett Johansson Not Dating Jason Sudeikis, Says Rep

Scarlett Johansson’s rep was quick to dismiss rumors that she was dating Jason Sudeikis, shooting out a denial after the pair were spied at dinner together.

“Scarlett is not dating Jason nor is she dating anyone for that matter,” her rep told PEOPLE.  “It was just a friendly outing amongst friends.”

Johansson recently split from her husband of 2 years, Ryan Reynolds.
