Sex & The City: Carrie’s Past Coming To Print

The ‘Sex and the City’ world expanded on Wednesday (September 17) when creator Candace Bushnell announced she’s planning two books about Carrie Bradshaw’s high school years.

Called ‘The Carrie Diaries,’ Bushnell explains, “I’ve always been interested in exploring Carrie’s teenage years. Carrie in high school did not follow the crowd–she led it. It was there that she began observing and commenting on the social scene.”

The first book is set to be released in the second half of 2010.
