Sex and the City’s Kim Cattrall has thrown her support behind Beyond Tribute, a grass-roots initiative to raise awareness and funds to support “Armed Service veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and other neurological afflictions.
