Shia LaBeouf Arrested On DUI After Flipping Car

Shia LaBeouf was arrested early on Sunday morning for DUI after he collided with another vehicle while attempting to make a turn in Hollywood, resulting in his car flipping over.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Sgt Scott Wolf said the ‘Transformers’ star was driving the vehicle when the accident occurred at approximately 3am and was subsequently arrested and released on a misdemeanor DUI charge.
“It was immediately apparent to officers responding on the scene that LaBeouf was intoxicated and he was subsequently placed under arrest,” Wolf explained.
The 22-year-old actor was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and was being treated for a minor head, hand and knee injuries.
According to police, a woman passenger and the driver of the other vehicle were not injured in the accident.
