Shia LaBeouf Not At Fault For Accident

It appears that ‘Transformers’ star Shia LaBeouf was not at fault when he crashed his car early on Sunday morning (July 27), despite being arrested for DUI.
The 22-year-old actor was making a left-hand turn in Hollywood at around 3am Sunday when he smashed into another vehicle, resulting in LaBeouf being taken to hospital for extensive hand surgery.
According to the Los Angeles Sherriff’s Department spokesman, Steve Whitmore, “He was not at fault”, because the other driver ran a red light.
Despite this, LaBeouf’s misdemeanor DUI charge will still apply.
