Shia LaBeuof has been suspended from driving for 12 months following his car crash in July last year (2008) where he flipped his vehicle and shattered his hand.

Access Hollywood reports that the suspension took effect on January 17, after the ‘Transformers’ star refused to provide a breathalyzer to authorities at the time of the accident.

LaBeouf was initially blamed for the crash and arrested on suspicion of DUI, until authorities determined the other driver ran a red light, just as the 22-year-old actor attempted to make a left-hand turn.
