Spencer Pratt: I Did Not Drug Heidi Montag

Reality tv star Spencer Pratt has revealed that his marriage to Heidi Montag was a last minute decision and denies allegations from her mother that he drugged her, after the couple eloped to Mexico last month (November).
“It was totally spur of the moment,” Pratt told Ryan Seacrest on Thursday morning (December 4). “If I had planned it, I think I would’ve stepped up my ring game a little bit”, he said of their $8 wedding bands.
The couple angered friends and family, including Montag’s mother Darlene Egelhoff, who claims Pratt drugged his new bride telling Usmagazine, “I would like to see a blood test from Mexico. It wouldn’t surprise me if he had her drugged.”
Pratt denied the allegations saying, “I can’t wait to prove her wrong. And we’ll be married for the rest of our lives. I’m sure she’s just hurt and reacting crazy because she wasn’t there.”
Additionally, Montag released a statement about their rushed walk down the aisle writing:
“I want to make it very clear to family, friends and fans that the decision to marry Spencer was very much mine. It was a beautiful day, and I’ve never been happier. For someone who wasn’t even there to suggest otherwise is extremely disappointing.
I look forward to everyone seeing the footage of our time in Mexico on ‘The Hills’, so they can see for themselves what a joyous occasion it was.”
