Suri Cruise, daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, has been linked to a new movie allegedly being produced about the German Polar Bear named Knut, after the producer said he wanted her as the voice of the popular bear.
Knut was the first polar bear to survive past infancy in captivity in over thirty years, when he was born at the Zoologischer Garten Berlin and subsequently rejected by his mother.
Confirming that a movie is planned on the life of Knut, the curator of the Berlin Zoo, Heiner Klos, said, "I can confirm that we received the offer and that we are giving it due consideration. When we have come to a decision, then we will handle the matter discreetly."
Ash R. Shah, producer of the new movie, said, "I want Suri Cruise to be the English voice of Knut," which sent the gossip reporters into a tailspin.
However, a representative for the Cruise family has denied young Suri’s involvement, saying, "Tom and Katie have no plans for Suri to begin an acting career."
