Tara Reid has entered a rehabilitation facility for undisclosed reasons, her representative announced Friday (December 12).

Jack Ketsoyan told People in a statement, “Tara Reid has checked herself into Promises Treatment Center. We appreciate your respect to her and her family’s privacy at this time.”

The Promises facility has welcomed many famous faces over the past couple of years,  with Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears all spending time in it’s Malibu compound.
