Tara Reid Hasn’t Left Promises Rehab: Rumor Busting

Tara Reid has not checked out of the Promises rehabilitation facility, her rep announced Monday (January 5), despite reports saying she prematurely left the center on Saturday.

Publicist Jack Ketsoyan dismissed the stories, telling E! Online reports of her departure from the Malibu facility are “not true”.

Reid was admitted to Promises last month, however, there is still no word on why the 33-year-old actress is there.
