Television Network Cancels Mischa Barton’s Show

Mischa-Barton-TwitpicUS television network The CW has canceled Mischa Barton’s new show The Beautiful Life, which is produced by Ashton Kutcher, due to poor ratings after just two episodes.

Mischa-Barton-TwitpicThe series becomes the first show of the new television year to get the chop, after the second ep attracted just 1 million people.

Filming of the seventh episode was shut down on Friday (September 25) and an encore of Melrose Place will fill the gap until further notice.
