Terrence Howard has added another string to his bow after signing a recording contract with Columbia Records, with his first album "slated for a [northern] fall release".
The actor, who showed off his rap skills in the movie ‘Hustle and Flow’, landed the deal which was announced this week, a label representative confirmed.
“The full name [of the project] is Terrence Howard Presents Me and the Band of Kings,” the rep confirmed to ew.com.
Howard is currently starring on Broadway in the revival of ‘Cat on a Hot Tin Roof’.
