Terrence Howard won’t be reprieving his role in Iron Man 2, but it’s not for lack of wanting, with the actor speaking out about Marvel’s “very, very bad” decision to leave him out of the sequel.
In an interview with Parade.com, Howard explained, “Marvel made a choice, and it was a very, very bad choice. They didn’t keep their word. They didn’t honor my contract. They produced a great bounty with the first one but they put it all in the storehouse and you were not allowed in.”
It seems that Howard wasn’t the only one that was left out by the studio, with Howard adding, “They did the same thing with Gwyneth Paltrow, from what I’ve been told. They did it with almost everyone except Robert Downey [Jr.].”
It seems that Downey Jr. may have lost a friend in Howard, with the actor commenting that, “One of the things that actors need to learn to do is always stick together, one for all and all for one.”
Howard also says that he believes in karma, and as such, he thinks the situation will right itself.
“When someone does something wrong, you don’t have to get them back. Everything right will return the favor for you,” he says.

Oh, give it a rest already. Robert Downey Jr. only got paid $500,000 for Ironman and he made the movie. Yet, everyone has been crying about Scarlett and Mickey getting A little over $400,000. Without Robert Downey Jr. there wouldn’t even be an Ironman! He is the most talented and versatile actor of the whole bunch. He made Marvel a whole bunch of money, got paid $500,000 and then they gave him a car. I guess so they’d feel better about how they treated their hero. All the others in Ironman made millions of dollars and greedy Terence still wanted more. Robert is the better actor and he does his own stunts. Grow up Terence and go on with your life. I for one am tired of hearing it, after I found out how little Robert got paid for a fantastic job!! He’s the reason you made any money at all!! Get a life!
