Tom Cruise Returns For Mission Impossible 4

Tom Cruise’s rep has confirmed that the actor will return to the hit film franchise Mission Impossible, reprising the role of Ethan Hunt in a fourth installment to be released next year.

J.J. Abrams, who’s hit rating continues to rise after Cloverfield, Star Trek and Mission Impossible 3, will co-produce the next flick with Cruise, although a director has not been selected at the time of writing.

According to the 47-year-old’s rep, MI4 will be released around Memorial Day (end of May) in 2011.
