Toni Braxton Cancels More Shows After Hospitalization

Toni Braxton has cancelled more shows following her hospitalization earlier this week in Las Vegas, after the RnB singer suffered an unexplained chest problem.

The 40-year-old was rushed to St. Rose Dominican Hospital following her show at the Flamingo hotel on Monday night (April 7).

Deanna Petit, spokeswoman for Flamingo Las Vegas, explained that, "We’re going to go ahead and cancel her shows tonight and for the rest of the week. We expect she’ll return to the stage next Tuesday."

Braxton is currently in the middle of a two-year run of performances at the hotel, and has previously suffered from pericarditis, which is an inflammation of the sac around the heart.
