True Blood’s Anna Paquin On Nude Scenes

Anna Paquin, star of HBO‘s Golden Globe nominated show, True Blood, opens up about filming nude scenes with her on-screen and off-screen love, Stephen Moyer.
For her role as Sookie Stackhouse on the hit TV show about vampires, Paquin has found herself naked on a number of occasions – but she tells AOL television that it’s easier to be naked on screen with someone you love.
“Obviously, if you’re already with that person then you’re not having to sort of get over the ‘Wow, I’m naked with someone that I don’t even know the middle name of!’” Paquin explains.
“I think that regardless of what kind of scene you’re doing, the better you know the person… the more open and real your performance can be.”
She adds, “And that goes for stunt scenes and heavy emotional scene and sex scenes. OK, so I have a little bit of a leg up in that particular area with my on-screen [partner].”
