Twilight Sequel Full Moon Shut Down? Rumor Busting

Rumors doing the rounds suggesting that the Twilight sequel New Moon currently filming in Canada has been shut down are “absolutely not true”, according to the producers.
A report popped up on a fan forum claiming that a plagiarism lawsuit had been filed against Twilight author Stephenie Meyer by one of her former classmates.
The accusations came from ‘Heidi Stanton’ who states, “Quite frankly, I was shocked when I began watching the movie with my husband last week. I immediately told him that she got that idea from me! I wrote a fictional short story with the same ideas when we were in college together.“
According to a report on The Insider, the papers were filed Tuesday in Utah with production of the movie “put on hold”.
However, Summit Entertainment has denied that filming of New Moon has been shut down, saying the story is “absolutely not true on any front. It is a hoax.”
