Usher’s Wife Released From Hospital

Tameka Raymond, the wife of R&B star Usher, has been released from a Sao Paulo hospital after she suffered a cardiac arrest while under anesthetic prior to plastic surgery.
A rep for the Sirio-Libanes Hospital explained that Raymond was released on Monday night (Feb 16), but declined to provide further details about her treatment.
Ellen Dastry, a spokeswoman for the doctor who was to perform the surgery, told The Associated Press that Raymond was scheduled to have “simple liposuction” and was revived in less than a minute with heart massage.
