The often-private Vince Vaughan has revealed that he and ex-girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, are still great friends and catch up regularly, despite breaking up a year and a half ago.
In an interview with US publication Parade, Vaughan opens up about his relationship with the former ‘Friends’ star saying, "I have a great friendship with Jennifer.
"Really, I still talk to her constantly. I have a real, genuine connection with Jen. And I have a real appreciation of her. That continues to this day."
The pair, who starred together in the 2006 hit movie ‘The Break-Up’, rarely discuss their relationship, with Vaughan explaining, "I always try to keep my relationships quiet and my work at the forefront".
He adds, "I haven’t been someone to go and talk about those things, because that’s not what I want to be known for. In regular life, people date, and sometimes it works out, and sometimes it doesn’t. We get more attention because we’re more known."

They were never a couple, it was all an ambiguous act for tabloids, to promote the movie. They were friends, that is why they still are friends, nothing changed. The whole romance thing was invented that is why HE HAS TO TALK IN AMBIGUITIES OR GENERALITIES ABOUT IT. Fact is Vince doesn’t date women, ever. He is in the closet and studios cant sell gay to middle America. She just wanted the tabloids off her back so they faked it all up after intense pressure. He was producing and they both knew would make extra money with this kind of publicity and she would finally get the box office hit she needed, after the last 3 films didn’t get the success they deserved.
