Whoopi Goldberg On Oscars Snub

Whoopi Goldberg has claimed that she must have "pissed somebody off" at the Oscars after being snubbed during a montage of past hosts, after the video montage failed to show her historic performance as the first black woman to ever host the Academy Awards.
Goldberg’s co-hosts on the US morning talk show The View, Joy Behar and Sherri Shepherd, brought up the question, "Where were you?", after they noted that she was left out of the montage, along with previous host Steve Martin.
"Did you make somebody at the Oscars mad?" Shepherd asked.
"Undoubtedly, I pissed somebody off yet again!" a teary Goldberg replied. "You know what? I don’t know."
The Oscar winner - she won for ‘Ghost’ - was visibly humbled by her co-host‘s emotion at the snubbing, standing to give each of them a kiss and saying, "This makes up for it."
